As part of our commitment to you, we offer a fast premium sharpening service for dog and horse clipper
blades, Arco style trimmer blades, and professional grooming scissors.
By using our sharpening service your equipment will be completely overhauled and each item will be restored
back to factory settings.
Scissors and clipper blades are dismantled and are revived by taking off the minimum amount of steel.
Every Clipit scissor service consists of the following:
- Strip down inspection and clean
- Re-sharpen and polish
- Convexing or micro serrations added as required
- Rebuilding with new parts (included in the price)
- Balancing and adjusting
- Setting and tensioning

As part of our commitment to you, we offer a fast quality sharpening service for dog and horse grooming equipment. The tools of your trade are a major investment, so it is down to you when sending your equipment that you send via the Royal Mail or a courier insured and tracked. Clipit Grooming takes no responsibilities if your items are lost in the post. Please ensure all equipment it is clean and free from hair. Failure to do so, will result in a £10 cleaning charge.
To avoid damage, wrap your items well and place in a box or padded envelope.
Please ensure you include your payment receipt with your order, otherwise this will slow up our 24/48 turnaround promise. During our busy times of September and December we can take up to 4 days to return your items.
