Delivery Charges to Mainland UK
All UK standard orders over £100 will be shipped Free of Charge. Orders less than £100 will be charged at the following rate:
Small items up to .200g £3.75
200g to 1Kg £4.85
1.1 - 1.5 Kg £6.55
1.5 - 4 Kg £7.95
6 - 9 Kg £11.95
9 Kg + £14.95
Tables & Baths £25.00 Pallet Charge
Pallet Delivery
For all heavy items to include tables and baths, delivery will be made on a pallet. The shippers will deliver to your curb side, so we ask you to make arrangements to have the correct assistance to take your order into your premises.
Please note. If your order totals more than £100 for Free Shipping, we will ship your goods with Royal Mail or a Courier, depending on the weight of your order and can take up to 2 days to deliver, we do not guarantee Next Day Delivery. If you want Tracked Shipping for Next Day or Tracked Mail, please add it to your shopping basket and our system will charge you accordingly. Other areas to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands maybe charged at a separate rate.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. (subject to stock availability). Please note we do not process orders over the weekend. If your order is received after 12 pm on a Friday, it will be dealt with on the Monday. Once your order has been packed with you will receive an email from us confirming dispatch. *Depending of what your order includes we will send your goods via the best means, either Royal Mail or a Courier. We do try to deliver with the best couriers but there are times due to weather disruptions and other causes that may delay your order. If you want your goods to be left in a safe place then please give as much information in the comments box. However, all responsibility is with you and not the courier or Clipit Grooming.
If your order has not been received within 7 days please contact us at sales@clipit-grooming.com. If you fail to contact us within 14 days to inform us that your order has not arrived Clipit does not take any responsibility of the non-receipt of your order.
Personalisation
Orders that involve personalisation (embroidery/vinyl printing) can take up to 10 days for creation.
Delivery Charges World Wide
We will not charge you any more than our website quotes you. If you are ordering outside the EU, you may have to pay Import Duties when it arrives at the country of destination.Unfortunately we are unable to effect these fees, duty is payable whenever goods are imported and it is the importer that is liable for this and any other fees added by the individual customs department. Custom fees and import taxes are therefore additional to the delivery costs associated with your order.
Whilst we do everything possible to minimise these fees. we are legally bound to declare the content and value of the goods sending. If in any doubt please contact us prior to placing your order.
