Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Charges to Mainland UK

Our standard orders over £100 will be shipped Free of Charge. Orders less than £100 will be charged at the following rate:

Orders up to 1 Kg                    £4.25   
1.1 Kg - 1.5 Kg                          £6.55  

1.5 -  3 Kg                               £7.95  

3+ Kg                                     £11.95

Please note. If your order totals more than £100 for Free Shipping, we will ship your goods with Royal Mail or a Courier, depending on the weight of your order and can take up to 2 days to deliver. If you want Express Shipping for Next Day, please add Special Delivery to your basket.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 2 pm the same day. Please note we do not process orders over the weekend. If your order is received after 2 pm on a Friday, it will be dealt with on the Monday. Once your order has been packed with you will receive an email from us confirming dispatch. *Depending of what your order includes we will send your goods via the best means, either Royal Mail or a Courier. We do try to deliver with the best couriers but there are times due to weather disruptions and other causes that may delay your order. If you want your goods to be left in a safe place then please give as much information in the COMMENTS BOX.  However, all responsibility is with you and not the courier or Clipit Grooming.

Personalisation

Orders that involve personalisation (embroidery/vinyl printing) can take up to 10 days for creation.

Delivery Charges World Wide

We will not charge you any more than our website quotes you. If you are ordering outside the EU, you may have to pay Import Duties when it arrives at the country of destination.
