When sending equipment, please make sure it is clean and free from hair. Failure to do so, will result in a £10 cleaning charge.
To avoid damage, wrap your item well and place in a box or padded envelope.
Turnaround Time
Please ensure you include a copy of your order when sending, otherwise failing to do so will slow up our turnaround promise of between 7-10 days. During our busy times of September and December we can take up to 14 days to return your items.
