Maintaining your clipper blades is easy with Clipit's Clipper Blade Maintenance Kit. Follow these simple steps to keep your blades sharp, clean, and ready for action:

Clean Your Blades: Start by removing any loose hair from the blades using the Clipper Brush. Then, pour a small amount of Clipit Blade Wash into the Blade Box. Allow the blades to soak between 10-15 mins. This should be undertaken once a week.
Lubricate Your Blades: After cleaning, apply Clipit Easy Oil Spray. Hold the clippers at a slight angle and spray a small amount of oil along the top of the moving blade. Turn on the clippers for a few seconds to evenly distribute the oil. This helps reduce friction and wear, ensuring smooth performance. Please Note: Your blades need to be lubricated with this oil every 5-10 minutes, to keep the blade cool.
Prevent Rust: Finally, apply Clipit Ice Care Spray to the blades to stop cross contamination between animals. Use at the end of every groom to keep blades running cool and sanitised.
