If you need to return an unused item because you’ve changed your mind, please follow these guidelines:
- Notify Us: Contact Clipit Grooming within 7 days to let us know your intention to return. Provide the product details and purchase date.
- Return Window: You have up to 14 days for the item to reach us.
- Condition Requirements: All items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels attached. Items that have been used may not qualify for a refund.
- Proof of Purchase: Include your invoice, as this serves as proof of warranty for items with coverage.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item is faulty or damaged during transit, return it in its original packaging and condition. If packaging is missing or the item shows signs of use, a 20% deduction may apply.
- Used Items and Warranties: For details on returning used items, refer to our warranty section.
