As Christmas Eve arrives and we prepare to wrap up another remarkable year, we want to take a moment to reflect on what has been one of the busiest, most exciting chapters in Clipit Grooming’s story. From major events to industry milestones, new partnerships, and launching our very own home in Basingstoke, 2025 has truly been a year of growth, innovation, and community.

A milestone moment at The Clipit Hub — Alan Davies sharing his expertise while showcasing our new Pink Clipit Suit. A perfect blend of education, innovation, and community.

Most importantly, none of it would have been possible without you — our loyal customers, supporters, and grooming professionals who believe in what we do.

Here’s a look back at the journey we’ve shared this year.

Clipit Grooming 2025 Highlights

February: Beyond the Coat

We kicked off 2025 with our Beyond the Coat event in February.

Our ambassador, Joseph Warrant Ywayan delivered an inspiring dog grooming workshop in Basingstoke, giving dog groomers the chance to expand their practical skills while diving deeper into coat preparation, skin health, and finishing techniques. Paula was on hand to provide valuable problem-solving areas to include itchy dogs and how to treat, how to stop clipper blades overheating, and biosecurity in the salon. It set the tone for a year dedicated to education, learning, and raising professional standards.

March: Clipit Takes Crufts Dog Show by Storm

March marked a major milestone — our very first Crufts trade stand.

Your response was overwhelming. Professional dog groomers, exhibitors, breeders, and pet owners flocked to try Clipits' time saving grooming products first-hand, learn more about our hair protection clothing, and discover our quiet clipper for nervous dogs, blade care tips - all designed to make everyday grooming easier. The feedback and conversations we had were invaluable, helping shape the direction of our brand throughout the rest of the year.

Our team and ambassadors delivered constant live grooming demos, showcasing:

  • Correct coat preparation

  • Blade selection and clipping techniques

  • Tips for achieving a professional finish

  • How to work safely with nervous or energetic dogs

  • The importance of using the right clipper

These demos ran on rotation and quickly became one of the highlights of the stand, with crowds gathering every hour to watch, learn, and ask questions.

Hands-On Product Testing

Visitors got to experience Clipit grooming apparel and equipment like never before.People could feel the fabric, test blade performance, try our dog grooming clothing and Clipit Suit, and see exactly why Clipit tools save time and effort in both professional salons and show environments.

Why Crufts 2025 Mattered So Much

Crufts wasn’t just a trade stand. It represented Clipit stepping forward as a leading UK brand, connecting directly with groomers who shape the industry every day.

We left Crufts with:

  • New partnerships

  • New customers

  • Incredible feedback

  • And a renewed commitment to raising standards in grooming

And yes… Crufts 2026 planning is already underway — bigger and better than ever.

July: Veterinary Approval & a New Distribution Partnership

One of our proudest achievements in 2025 was obtaining veterinary approval for our Clipit products. This recognition reflects our commitment to safety, welfare, and high-quality grooming solutions.

Shortly after, Clipit secured distribution through International Medical Supplies (IMS Euro) — meaning our products are now reaching veterinary practices, groomers, and professional businesses nationwide. This partnership marked a huge step forward in making Clipit accessible to more professionals than ever.

For the first time, Clipit stepped into the heart of the veterinary world — and the reaction was nothing short of extraordinary at the London Vet Show in November.

IMS showcased three core Clipit product categories:
