    Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation when your items are ready to collect. Please make sure to place your order at least two hours before you wish to pick it up, to give our team time to prepare it.

  • Collect from the Clipit Hub

    Visit us at the Clipit Hub, Basepoint Business Centre, Basingstoke, to collect your order. Bring your confirmation email with you – either printed or on your phone.

If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, they must also have a copy of the confirmation email.
