The wait is finally over — after 40 years in the making, the Clipit Hub officially opened its doors in Basingstoke, welcoming groomers, pet owners, and equine enthusiasts for a day filled with inspiration, education, and celebration.
From the moment our guests arrived, the atmosphere was electric. Influencers, professional groomers, and industry friends gathered to explore the brand-new space — a modern hub designed not just as a retail destination, but as an educational centre for grooming excellence.
✂️ Paula’s Talk: The Science of Skin and Shampoo
One of the highlights of the day was a fascinating talk from Clipit Founder, Paula Bryan, who shared her vast knowledge on skin health and coat care and whats the difference.
Paula explained how the skin — being the body’s largest organ — reacts differently to various grooming products, and how choosing the right shampoo can make all the difference to an animal’s comfort and coat condition.
At the Clipit Hub launch, Paula talked about how different shampoos affect skin health — and how to choose the right one for every coat.
